The South African need an outright win against the Brazilians to qualify for the next round of 16 , while the Brazilians only needs a draw to do so
It’s going to be a very tight match , just like the match between Esperance of Tunis and Chelsea of England , where the later had an upper hand by dismissing the Maghrebians with an emphatic 3-0 .

The Fifa Club World Cup May look ordinary for the Euriopeans ,due to its lesser financial value but it is not so with the Mamelodi Sundowns

The Brazilians reached the finals of this competition back in 2023 and would like another slot to progress to the best stage .

Both teams are plagued with a lot of injury concerns before today’s show down , with the Mamelodi Sundowns , will not be with their striker Lebo Mothiba who pulled a muscle ligament in Saturdays defeat to Dorntnund and will face a late fitness test
