For a team that have struck 27 times in their 11 game run , not to have a single shot at goal until the 67th minute against the Brazilians is a bit night marish .
Even their well known water tight defence was ripped open with relative ease by the skillful Brazilians who did same thing to PSG , Thursday via Botafogo who flogged newly crowned European champions 1-0 . .PSG did all humanly possible ,to level the scores , but the Botafogo lads seems to be in their best and stood their ground with the 1-0 lead till regulation time of 9+6 minutes . It’s a lesson for the African representative Esperance , as they file out against another Brazilian side
Their previous three appearances in the Club World Cup did not yield so much positive too as they managed only one win in six games .in the competitions former format .

Injury worries also will have a negative effect in today’s match against the North Africans , LAFC loss to Chelsea came with series of consequences of injuries yet to be determined if some of their players will ready today to face the Brazilians ,as their 19 year old star striker David Martinez was stretched off during the Match with Chelsea and it’s not likely to okayt oday .
Italian defensive stalwart , Lorenzo Della vella remains a doubt for today s match with his cruciate ligament injury, will continue with his recovery .
French man and former Chelsea striker came off the bench in the first match but it’s likely will have a starting shirt today to replace Ebibossie as the number nine man .

Esperance sems to have no injury worries as their squad is as fit and a fiddle and ready to devour their American side on a platter of gold if presented so today .
The Red and yellow boys seems to have available options to select on Friday, other things being equal.
Algerian winger Youcef Belalki remains their strongest asset with us involvenent in 15 goals both in the domestic league as well as top flight CAF champions League .
Brazilan forward who steuggled to make an impression in the first match in the number nine position on day one is likely to be replaced by 23 year old Acharef Jabri .

Predictions

Both sides will be desperate to make an impression and keep their campaign alive but the hosltity surrounding this match as the two sides will help bent to pick up the three points at stake and still remain in contention for the round of 16 matches .
We expect goals from either side and a winner must emerge or likely a draw match which will further jeopardise their qualifications to the next round
